  • The initiative of the KAPL NewComers Club (NCC) is to attract and retain new employees by accommodating them in their transition to the laboratory and the community.

  • KAPL's Heritage Program provides new employees with an overview of our history and business culture giving them a more meaningful connection to our customers and our end products.

Matching Gift Program for Colleges and Universities

  • After an employee has one year of continuous service, he or she may participate in this program.
YMCA/Health Club Membership Incentive Program
  • Discounts are available for membership in certain health clubs to encourage employees and their families to become more health conscious and to reinforce the role of physical fitness.
